About Sam Haygarth

As a Cambridge Footlights alumni, Sam is well and truly on his way to carving out a spectacular career as an actor and writer. Since graduating, he has gone on to perform comedy in venues around the world, appeared in Taika Waititi’s award-winning Jojo Rabbit, Wes Anderson’s star-studded The French Dispatch, and more recently in Bridgerton and Masters Of Air. Sam is also a talented writer, having written several projects for television including Extinction starring Emma Thompson, and is currently writing a comedy-drama series for BBC Studios. He is the editor of This Is Not A Drill, published by Penguin Books.
